Today’s Very important Action Item
Join the fight to Save South OC’s Open Space by Donating today
Stop the 241 Toll Road
ALL proceeds go directly to the law firm for the lawsuit against TCA. Any Amount, Small or Large will help tremendously!
Please donate today – we have a law firm to represent us to stop the toll road in its tracks ! The lawsuit is regarding the Oso Bridge – if we can get the bridge stopped then all of the routes are off the table and San Clemente and South OC spared the special interest lobbyist group nightmare of the unneeded toll road through our neighborhoods and too close to schools.
Donate today – and ask 5 friends, neighbors or groups to do the same. We can file the lawsuit early February however, we need to raise the funds. Let’s do this and thank you for your support ! No amount is too small or too large, every dollar will count and is important!
Here is the secure link to send money directly to the law firm.
Donations can be made anonymously online. If you would prefer to send a check make it payable to Larsen, Willis and Woodward – send me an email and I will give you an address to send it to or pick it up. Oso Bridge Ceqa should go in the memo line.
We will be working to stop the progress of the toll road by bringing a lawsuit to challenge the hidden, secret, and illegal approval of the Oso Bridge. Last summer two public employees falsely filed a Notice of Determination indicating that the required analysis under the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) had been completed. This was untrue as no such action or vote was ever taken. These illegal activities violate CEQA and constitute a civil rights violation because these public employees were acting illegally “under cover of legal authority”. Our proposed action seeks to reverse the approval of the Oso Bridge and seeks damages and attorney’s fees for the public abuse of trust.
Please share! If you can donate any amount please do, we can win this together. Please ask neighbors, friends and family to do the same!
Next Important Event:
TCA Monthly Meeting
Thursday, February 8 at 9:30 am – 1:30 pm
125 Pacifica, Irvine, California 92618
Many people don’t know that if the Toll Road connects to the 5 freeway the TCA plans to extend managed toll lanes South to the San Diego County line which they plan to add 2 more lanes to each side of the 5 freeway south to the county line destroying even more of San Clemente – let’s not let this agency run amok destroy South Orange County for special interests and lobbyist which will be the only ones to benefit.
